make my nails grow faster? 10 points?
ok so my nails are like GROSS i DON’T bite them at all and i don’t know what to do i mean i have 2 bottles of clear nail polish and in one of them i put garlic pieces lol but it kinda works i mean my nails get hard when that’s on but they wont grow faster UGH im 13 years old so:
what food should i eat?
natural ways?
anything EASY?

o and one more curiosity question about nails: how can i get lulunas aka the ‘crescent moon’ shaped whit things on your nails its driving me crazy lol not literally but i mean i have them on my thumbs so i kinds want to also have them on all my other fingers…well if someone can help THANKS REALLY and also if you would like to throw some cool facts or tips about nails i would apreciate that!

to answer your first question on how to grow your nails faster, drink LOTS of milk. i mean like glasses per glasses per day! i can guarentee you you would see instant results in just a matter of days if you drink enough milk. your nails are pure bone structures so milk or anything that a lot of protein and calcium will help them grow and keep them strong.
to answer your other question, are you talking about a french tip manicure? when girls have a white tip at the end of their nails? to start off, take some tape and tape it to the nail part of which you do not want white on (so only the tip of your nail is showing) than take WHITE FRENCH TIP nail polish and apply it to the exposed nail (the tip part not covered by the tape). do this for every nail. french tip usually takes a while longer than other nail polishes to dry so give it time and be patient. after it is all dry, slowly peel the tape off your nails. after this, take clear nail polish and go over your finger nails, including the french tip part. once they are dry, go over it again in clear polish. this should work, if you still cant get it just youtube some links and they can show you step by step. make sure you regularly file your nails and keep them in shape. ! hope this helps
