If you were to put art on my guitar, I finished it and how I would do such things?
I finished by saying, polyurethane formalydehyde melamine, that sort of thing, how I can protect the paint once I put the art, and how I would remove the varnish in the first place to put the paint? What type of paint should I use? x thanks for the help people
Remove some guitars finish is almost impossible because they often use polyester or epoxy that removal should not be attempted without a great experience because the material is hazardous. Polyurethane grades of consumption is too soft to finish the guitar, so I recommend acrylic lacquer. You can brush the artwork, but then you have to spray the clear to avoid ruining the artwork.
